Alright, team, let’s huddle up for the scoop on our Refund Policy. We’re all about keeping the game fair and fun, but just like in hockey, there are a few rules we need to stick to when it comes to scoring refunds.

The Puck Drop on Refunds:

• Here at WP Hockey Predictor, our goal is to keep you in the winning circle with top-notch predictions and insights. But remember, even Wayne Gretzky missed from time to time. So, if a prediction doesn’t net you a win, don’t send us to the penalty box - we can't offer refunds for incorrect predictions. Why? Because just like a game, there’s always a mix of wins and losses, and it’s all part of the thrill!

Power-Play Promos:

• Keep your eyes on the prize! We’re always dishing out promo codes faster than a slap shot. These little gems can score you discounts and special offers, making every play even more exciting. So, while we might not refund a missed goal, we’re here to make sure you get plenty of shots at the net.
   

When the Ice Melts: Refund Time

• If our site decides to take a nap and you’re left stranded before the puck drops, causing you to miss out on making your predictions, then it’s only fair to call a timeout and issue a refund. We’re not in the business of leaving our players benched without a play.

So, while we can’t promise every shot will be a goal, we can promise to keep the game interesting, fair, and loaded with opportunities for you to win. And remember, the only time we hit the refund buzzer is if our ice melts unexpectedly and you can’t make your play (i.e. our site crashes).
